Shipping policy

Most orders will be shipped in 1 to 2 days (Friday late afternoon orders might not be posted until Monday), unless it contains pre-order items (please see individual item listing for delivery dates)

UK Shipping
2nd Class Royal Mail (2-4 working days) - £4.00 or free on orders over £50
1st Class Royal Mail (1-2 working days) - £5.50 or free on orders over £100

Rest Of The World
International Tracked Royal Mail (Europe 3-5 working days, rest of the world 5-7 days) - £15 - Due to the vast difference in pricing costs due to weight this is an estimated cost, if the postage is less than this you will be refunded the difference. Any fees/taxes incurred when purchasing from international countries are to be paid by the customer.

Pre Orders

Any items that are marked as *Pre Order* are items that are not currently in stock, please purchase these items separately from in-stock items otherwise these will be shipped together when the pre-order items have arrived. If you accidentally order these items together and you wish for your in-stock items to be shipped earlier, please email me becca@flosscandy.co.uk to arrange payment for additional shipping.
